Michelle Marie Pfeiffer was born April 29, 1958 is an American actress. William Horatio Powell (29 July 1892 –– 5 March 1984) was a three-time Academy Award-nominated American actor, noted for his sophisticated, cynical roles. He is most widely known for portraying the detective Nick Charles in six The Thin Man films.

Powell, an only child, was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Nettie Manila Brady and Horatio Warren Powell. He showed an early aptitude for performing. In 1907, he moved with his family to Kansas City, Missouri. The Powells lived a few blocks away from the Carpenters, whose daughter Harlean would evolve into Jean Harlow, although Powell would not meet her until both were established stars.

Redford was born in Santa Monica, California, the son of Martha W. (née Hart) and Charles Robert Redford Sr., a milkman-turned-accountant from Pawtucket, Rhode Island.He has a half-brother, William, from his father's re-marriage. Redford is of English and Scots-Irish ancestry

He attended Van Nuys High School in Los Angeles, California (where he met Natalie Wood), graduated in 1954, and received a baseball scholarship to the University of Colorado, where he was a pitcher. He lost the scholarship due to excessive drinking, possibly fueled by the death of his mother, which occurred when Redford was 18. He later studied painting at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and took classes in theatrical set design at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.

Joshua Lee Holloway, (born July 20, 1969), in San Jose, California is an American actor best known for his role as James "Sawyer" Ford on ABC's Golden Globe and Emmy award-winning show Lost.

Holloway was born in the California region now known as Silicon Valley. His family moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia when he was two. He is the second of four brothers. In addition to his immediate family, Josh has a large extended family that includes Baptist preacher Dr. Dale Holloway and author and WWII POW Carl Holloway.He is also the great-grandson of "Lula" Holloway who wrote a book sometime in the 20th century about the Holloway family. Holloway attended Free Home Elementary and Cherokee High School in Canton, Georgia. He developed an interest in movies at a very young age. He studied at the University of Georgia for a year, but left to pursue a career as a model.

At the end of shooting the Lost pilot in Oahu, Hawaii, Holloway proposed to his long time girlfriend, Yessica Kumala, a native of Jakarta, Indonesia. The couple married on October 1, 2004. Montgomery Clift was a leading man of stage and screen, most widely known for his Oscar-nominated performance as Pvt. Prewitt in the movie From Here to Eternity (1953, with Frank Sinatra and Burt Lancaster). Clift grew up in the midwest and on the east coast, and started acting on Broadway as a teenager; by age 18 he was playing leading roles and was an early member of the prestigious Actor's Studio. He eventually moved on to Hollywood, where his brooding, reluctant-hero presence was a novelty and made him a popular leading man of the post-war era

His most notable roles -- for which he was also Oscar-nominated -- were in the films The Search (1948), A Place In the Sun (1951), and The Misfits (1961, Marilyn Monroe's last film). Clift is also known for the turmoil in his private life. His sexual preference was the subject of much speculation and he sometimes drank heavily, especially after a 1957 car crash that broke his jaw and nose and damaged his face badly.
